Gold, Medicines, and "Cover" in Uniforms: The State National Security Committee "Dismantled" a Major Smuggling Network
The special services of Kyrgyzstan have halted the activities of an international criminal organization involved in economic smuggling in the Osh region. As a result of a large-scale operation, 25 suspects were detained, including two employees of the Customs Service and one serviceman of the Border Service, as reported in a press release by the GKNB. According to information provided by the special services, the criminal group consisted of 15 citizens of Uzbekistan and 10 Kyrgyz nationals.
