In Karakol, at the school of the territorial administration of Pristan–Przhevalsk, inspections will soon begin regarding rumors of violence by high school students against younger pupils.

Recently, Maria Tsareva, a member of the parent committee of the 9th "A" class of school No. 7, made accusations, claiming that high school students are beating younger pupils and demanding money from them.

The situation escalated after Tsareva appealed to the State National Security Committee (GKNB) of the Issyk-Kul region on November 15. She reported that the case is now under their control, and they are conducting an investigation in conjunction with the police.

After that, local residents and parents whose children were involved issued a statement. They protested against the accusations against their children and called for higher authorities to intervene. “Our children are being attacked, they are being set up with false pretenses for police calls, based on non-existent incidents. This negatively affects their mental state. Pristan–Przhevalsk is a multinational area, and we have always lived in peace and harmony. However, recently one woman has come here and started provoking conflicts, which raises our concerns for the future of our children. We want to resolve this issue peacefully,” the parents stated.

Zhekshakan Zhayylkanova, one of the mothers, noted that they are collecting signatures to appeal to law enforcement agencies — the GKNB and the Internal Affairs Directorate (OVD), as they consider the information disseminated by Tsareva to be unreliable. She added that her grandson suffers from diabetes, and such events negatively impact his health and psychological state. “We are afraid that the children may harm themselves,” she emphasized.

The local youth also issued a statement, claiming that the current situation is creating a divide in society and called for a lawful resolution of the conflict. “We want to address the president and the GKNB. The videos being circulated are distorted and create a negative image of our settlement. People's comments are often one-sided. We, the youth of Pristan–Przhevalsk, have decided to express our position. We have always lived in unity and want a fair resolution. Among teenagers, there are both guilty and innocent, but they are all facing accusations. Parents are constantly being summoned for interrogations during work hours,” the residents noted.

The youth also refuted rumors that they regularly gather or hold evening events. Elaman Tentiev, one of the school graduates, stated that he has never encountered such cases of bullying. “If this were true, all the residents would have known about it long ago. If children were really subjected to violence, there would be visible signs on them. I am convinced that the words of the mother who spreads the video do not reflect reality,” he concluded.
