During the proceedings, it was revealed that some employers specified in their advertisements a requirement for citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic. Other job postings offered special conditions for citizens of Uzbekistan. The prosecutor's office discovered such offers in open internet sources.
The court recognized such advertisements as prohibited, and access to the internet addresses mentioned in the lawsuit has now been blocked. The court also emphasized that discrimination based on nationality is illegal.
