During the visit of the Kyrgyz delegation to the Shaanxi Hanzhong Transformer Co., Ltd. factory, the work on the reconstruction of the transformer and adherence to production schedules were checked.
“The delegation assessed the possibility of early delivery of autotransformers AT-1 and AT-2, each with a capacity of 125 megawatts. Under the turnkey contract, the reconstruction is funded by foreign investments. The AT-1 transformer will be delivered by February 1, 2026, while its original deadline was set for March 1, 2026. The AT-2 transformer will arrive by March 1, 2026, which is also one month earlier than the previously established deadline of April 1, 2026,” the press service clarified.
