On the Too-Ashuu pass (Bishkek — Osh road) and Dolon pass (Bishkek — Naryn — Torugart), temporary restrictions for heavy vehicles have been lifted. However, snow is currently falling in these areas, and road services are working around the clock to ensure the clearing and replenishing of roads with inert materials.
As for the Ala-Bel pass on the Bishkek — Osh highway, restrictions for heavy vehicles remain in place.
At the Chon-Ashuu pass, located on the Karakol — Enilchek road, it is snowing and a snowstorm is observed, but the road is open. If the situation changes, the information will be updated.
Additionally, the Kara-Goo pass on the Kazarman — Aktalchat route is temporarily closed until weather conditions improve. Alternative routes are provided for drivers.
Due to adverse weather conditions in various regions of the country, snowfalls are occurring, and road clearing operations are being carried out without interruption. Road services are working around the clock and applying a sand-salt mixture to the roads.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications strongly recommends that drivers replace summer tires with winter ones, carry necessary equipment, and strictly adhere to traffic rules.
