Recently, during a discussion of the new master plan, one of the residents of Kudruka Street reported the concerns of local residents who noticed that the red line runs through their homes.

According to her, many are worried that their property may be demolished and the land seized for road works.

She added: "According to the master plan, the plots on Kudruka Street are located in a residential zone. This road has always been secondary and remains so in the new master plan. But now we see that the red line runs through the territory of our homes, and this raises concerns among residents, as quite a few houses fall into this zone."

The city’s chief architect, Meder Kydyrmaev, commented on the situation, stating that the information is outdated.

He explained: "In the old master plan from 2006, the expansion of Kudruka Street was indeed planned, and for this reason, red lines were marked. However, at this time, road expansion is not planned, and in the new master plan, we will revise this red line," he assured.
