Since the beginning of the year, the children's helpline 111 has received 67 thousand calls

Since its opening in 2015, the state institution "Children's Helpline - 111" has been operating under the Ministry of Labor. It operates continuously and accepts free calls from all over the republic.

Psychologists work around the clock at the center, providing support over the phone. Each day, two specialists are on duty, ready to listen, consult, and record inquiries in a special log. If necessary, the information is forwarded to the relevant organizations according to their competence. All conversations are recorded.

In the 11 months of 2025, the service received 67,429 calls. Of these, 2,777 callers sought consultations or assistance: 1,170 (42.1%) were children, and 1,607 (57.9%) were adults. The center provided 1,977 consultations, 574 individuals received psychological assistance, and 226 inquiries were forwarded to the appropriate government agencies for further action.

According to statistics, among those who reached out, there were 438 men (15.8%), 1,169 women (42%), 324 boys (11.7%), and 846 girls (30.5%).

The main task of the center is to provide timely assistance to both children and adults who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, as well as to prevent potential threats to their psychological and social well-being.
