In Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Information is actively working on the preservation of cultural heritage, which includes both digital transformation and the expansion of the UNESCO heritage list.

The year 2025 has become significant for the country in the context of protecting historical and cultural heritage. Kazakhstan is initiating the inclusion of new elements into the representative list of UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage, among which are "Salburun," "Alpamys Batyr's Epic," "Keste-suzanne," "Traditional Felt Making," and "Taqiya," in collaboration with other countries.

Currently, the UNESCO World Heritage Center is reviewing two dossiers: "Rock Underground Mosques of the Mangistau Oasis" and "The Great Silk Road: Fergana-Syrdarya Corridor."

Turkestan has become the venue for the international symposium "The Heritage of Yasawi in the Dialogue of Times and Cultures," which gathered around a hundred scholars from 15 countries. This event, initiated by the President, strengthened the city's status as a scientific center of the Turkic world.

Scientific restoration works continue at the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, aimed at restoring key architectural elements and preserving this world heritage site.

Kazakhstan is implementing electronic ticketing systems for the first time at monuments such as the mausoleums of H. A. Yasawi, Aisha-Bibi, Karakhan, Arystanbab, as well as in the territory of ancient Otrar. As part of this innovation, the installation of systems for selling electronic tickets, self-service terminals, and artificial intelligence cameras is planned.

One of the significant achievements is the E-museum portal, which creates a unified digital space for the country's museums. This project unites the collections of 285 museums, providing access to more than 66,000 exhibits and offering three-dimensional models and virtual tours, contributing to the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage on the international stage.

Another important project is the "E-cinema" system, which creates a unified digital accounting system for film distribution. Currently, 68 cinemas are connected to the platform, through which 20,310 tickets have been sold. This enhances market transparency and allows for the analysis of the effectiveness of domestic cinema.

Cultural institutions are transitioning to the use of electronic tickets and modern access control systems, which improves the quality of services provided and ensures accurate attendance statistics.
