Citing Article 34 of the law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies" and Article 6 of the law "On Municipal Property," the deputies discussed the proposal from the Osh city administration regarding the transfer of property located within the city. An important point was the decision of the permanent deputy commission on architecture, construction, municipal property, ecology, and emergency situations, made on December 19, 2025, under number 63.
As a result, the Osh City Council agreed to accept the following properties into municipal ownership:
– a building with a land plot owned by OJSC "Kyrgyzkomur," located at: Osh city, Alisher Navoi Street, 54;
– a building owned by the Osh Regional Children's and Youth Sports School, located at: Osh city, Alymbek Datka Street, 5/2.
According to the decision, the Osh city administration must take the necessary steps to formalize the transfer of property into municipal ownership in accordance with current legislation.
The resolution comes into effect from the moment of its official publication.
