During this ceremony, keys to 1,080 apartments were handed over to the owners, and by the end of the current year, it is planned to complete another 2,688 housing units.
With a total of 4,754 apartments, only 2,500 parking spaces are provided for the residents of the complex, which raises certain concerns about their insufficiency.
Zhekshenov noted that the GMC plans to explore the possibilities of creating additional parking in nearby areas, but specific decisions have not yet been made.
"We will further investigate the surrounding area; however, at the moment, we do not have precise information," he added.
