He emphasizes that the existing rules regulating the entry and exit of foreigners, including those who were citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, require them to comply with the same restrictions: 60 days within 120 days, 90 days within a 180-day period, and 30/60.

In response to this, the deputy proposes to exclude the application of existing norms to those foreigners who were previously citizens of Kyrgyzstan.A new provision is also proposed, which will allow these individuals to freely enter, exit, transit, move around, and stay in the territory of Kyrgyzstan without the need for a visa and without restrictions on the duration of stay, provided that they comply with migration legislation and the legal status of foreign citizens, in the manner established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
