The sale of commercial premises in the new "Osh Market" complex is scheduled for the end of January 2026. This was reported by the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan's office to the editorial staff of 24.kg.
Construction work at the market site is actively ongoing, and the majority of the monolithic structures have already been completed. According to specialists' forecasts, one of the largest shopping centers in the region may begin operations in early summer 2026.
The total area of the new market is 155,000 square meters, of which 50,000 are allocated for retail space and 20,000 for warehouses. The project also includes a green market with a canopy and an underground parking lot for 500 cars.
Entrepreneurs are advised to prepare in advance for the move.
