At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Bolot Ibragimov noted that road problems are linked to years of corruption.
“The problem is not the quality of training, but that many simply bought driver's licenses without undergoing training. The responsibility for this lies with the state, not with the citizens, who are now intended to be forced to study for 10-12 months,” Ibragimov stated.
He emphasized that this decision is erroneous and requires reconsideration.
