At the meeting of the "Ala-Too" deputy group on January 16, Asel Atabekova expressed concern about how non-residents perceive the business structure in Kyrgyzstan. She emphasized that foreigners coming to the country as clients may notice the ease of doing business and its vulnerabilities, which creates risks of violating competition legislation.

Atabekova added that identical tax conditions for non-residents and residents deprive the opportunity to protect the local market from unfair competition.
