During the preparation for the construction of the bypass road in northern Bishkek, houses built without the necessary permits were identified. This was reported by the administration of the Oktobersky district.
The head of the administration, Zhanibek Orozaliev, held a meeting with residents of the "Anar-Bak," "Kyrman," and "Salkyn-Tor" areas, where issues related to the commencement of road construction were discussed.
As a result of the analysis of the territory, it was established that in the "Salkyn-Tor" area, residential houses were found illegally located on land designated for road construction. Orozaliev held an explanatory conversation with local residents about the procedure for their registration and further actions in accordance with the law.
In the "Anar-Bak" area, residential buildings were also recorded, constructed on plots of land without valid documents confirming ownership rights.
The head of the administration also reported on the resumption of the work of the state commission, which will investigate cases of illegal land use.
As clarified by the administration, the commission will consider each violation individually, taking appropriate measures within the framework of the law. All subsequent actions regarding the identified constructions will be based on the commission's decisions.
At a meeting with residents of the "Kyrman" area, Orozaliev emphasized that work is currently underway to clarify the boundaries of land plots as part of the land amnesty. Based on the results of the commission's work, decisions will be made to confirm citizens' ownership rights to land parcels and residential houses.
The administration noted that all city development projects are being implemented transparently and in accordance with current legal norms.
