The complex is designed for 5,250 apartments
The State Mortgage Company has announced the launch of a new residential project aimed at addressing housing issues for citizens in the Chuy region.
As part of the project, 150 seven-story residential buildings will be constructed in the vicinity of Kant, which will provide housing for more than 5,000 families. This is the first such initiative in the region in recent decades, during which the construction of multi-story buildings has not been actively pursued.
In total, it is planned to build 5,250 apartments. In addition to residential units, social infrastructure will also be developed: the complex will feature a school, a kindergarten, parking areas, as well as modern children's and sports playgrounds, and landscaping is planned.
The apartments in the new residential complex will be allocated to those on the waiting list from the Chuy region, including residents of Kant and neighboring districts. There will also be an opportunity to purchase housing on preferential terms through a shared mortgage program.
