Yesterday, January 12, a ceremonial event was held in Bishkek on Malikova Street, 91, dedicated to the commissioning of the first part of the second stage of the residential complex "Muras." This was reported by Gulzat Totubaeva, head of the public relations department of the State Mortgage Company (GMC), during a live broadcast of the program "Elden Sobol" on the Kabar agency.

- 288 three-bedroom apartments.
In addition to residential units, the complex includes necessary social infrastructure. On the first floor of one of the buildings that have already been commissioned, a school has opened, which is under the jurisdiction of the Bishkek city administration. Furthermore, there are plans to build another school, a kindergarten, and parking areas.
