In Kyrgyzstan, a significant number of mortgage houses are expected to be put into operation in 2026. This was reported by Kanaybek Tumanbaev, who heads the Presidential Administration.
According to him, there are plans for active provision of mortgage housing in several regions of the country. Mass delivery of houses will take place in cities such as Bishkek, Osh, Tokmok, Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Sokuluk, Kemin, Kara-Balta, Talas, Batken, and Jalal-Abad.
It is worth noting that on January 12, Sadyr Japarov participated in the ceremony of handing over the keys to new mortgage housing, which is part of the second stage of the construction of the "Muras" residential complex in Bishkek.
Currently, the construction of 80,245 mortgage apartments is underway across the country. The head of state emphasized that by the end of this year, it is planned to complete the construction and hand over more than 20,000 apartments in cities such as Bishkek, Osh, Manas, Tokmok, Kara-Balta, Karakol, Cholpon-Ata, Balakchy, Naryn, Talas, as well as in the Kochkor district of Naryn region and in the Uzgen and Kara-Suu districts of Osh region.
