According to him, the process of obtaining civil status acts has become more convenient and straightforward for citizens.
Perizat Seidakmatova, head of the passport and civil status acts department at the state institution "Kyzmat," noted that updated forms for registering civil status acts, including birth, death, and marriage, are now in effect in the country. Two formats of documents have been introduced - digital and paper.
She explained that to obtain a digital birth certificate, no additional documents are required, as all information is automated, including the medical certificate. There is also an option for preliminary registration through the "Tunduk" service. If citizens prefer a paper version, it can be printed on a typographic form with unique codes.

Seidakmatova also added that digitization has significantly reduced the need for reprinting documents in case of loss or damage, as all information is stored in the "Tunduk" application.
Currently, two types of certificates are available:
- An automatically generated digital certificate available in "Tunduk," which can be printed on a regular A4 sheet at the citizen's request.
- A typographic form of strict accountability intended for use abroad. It contains a unique serial number and security features developed in collaboration with JSC "Uchkun."

Example of a printed and valid digital birth certificate
New forms have updated codes:
- KG-01 - birth certificate;
- KG-02 - marriage certificate;
- KG-03 - divorce certificate;
- KG-04 - change of name;
- KG-05 - death certificate.
The new forms include ten security features that meet all necessary standards."All government agencies have been informed about the existence of two codes. All civil status acts can be printed on typographic forms for international use, while digital versions will also be available for printing within Kyrgyzstan," Seidakmatova added.
Death certificates will still be issued on typographic forms with security signs and unique QR codes.
