The Days of Russian Culture in Kyrgyzstan Have Kicked Off in Bishkek

The solemn ceremony opening the Days of Russian Culture in Kyrgyzstan took place at the Toktogul Satylganov National Philharmonic Hall. This event marked a significant step in strengthening cultural ties between the two countries, as reported by the Ministry of Culture of Kyrgyzstan.

The ceremony was opened by the Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan, Mirbek Mambetaliev, and the Minister of Culture of Russia, Olga Lyubimova.

In his speech, Mirbek Mambetaliev emphasized the importance of holding the Days of Russian Culture in Kyrgyzstan. He noted that cultural interaction between states is a "living connection of hearts, based on spiritual values, common historical roots, and mutual respect."

"These Days of Culture are not just a program of events. They are a bridge of friendship and trust that strengthens the mutual understanding of our peoples. Culture is a language understood without translations, and we are once again convinced that art has the power to unite and inspire," the minister stated, expressing gratitude to the Russian Federation and personally to Minister Olga Borisovna Lyubimova for support and participation in organizing high-level events.

The Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, Olga Lyubimova, emphasized that the relations between Kyrgyzstan and Russia are traditionally characterized by multidimensionality and trust.

"The friendship of our peoples, spiritual closeness, and creative cooperation are important values and a reliable foundation for long-term interaction. We are pleased to present the best examples of Russian culture and art in Kyrgyzstan," the minister noted.

Olga Lyubimova also expressed gratitude to the Kyrgyz side for the warm welcome and support in holding the Days of Russian Culture in the country.
