According to Nazarov, the main parameters, site, and connection schemes for the future station have already been established.

Rosatom plans to build a wind power station with a capacity of 100 MW in the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan in 2026. This information was announced by TASS following Nazarov's working trip to Dagestan.

He added: "In November, we received the conditions for connecting the station, which allows us to begin detailed design work. We have already determined the general parameters and site, as well as the connection schemes. Specific timelines for the arrival of construction equipment at the site will be determined later."

The investment agreement for the construction of the 100 MW wind power station was signed by Rosatom at the end of 2024. This project includes not only the construction and operation of the stations but also the sale of electricity generated by the wind power station.
