As part of the Culture Days of the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic, a Russian Film Festival took place, attended by the General Director of JSC "ROSKINO," Elza Antonova.
She noted that this event has become a true celebration for the Russian delegation.
“Today we are opening our traditional film festival, which each time has its unique features. This year, we are presenting the most relevant box office films, such as 'August,' which has just been released and has already collected over 1 billion rubles at the Russian cinema, dedicated to the events of the Great Patriotic War,” Antonova said.
In addition, the program includes important films dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Among them are "Love of the Soviet Union," which tells about the heroism of love during the war years, and the drama "Not on the List," based on events that occurred at the Brest Fortress.
Also, according to Elza Antonova, the program features three films aimed at children and family audiences.
“We strive to create a program that can interest viewers of all ages. It is nice to see a full hall — there are not enough seats, and we are doing everything possible for everyone to enjoy the screening. This is very important for us, and we are always happy to receive a warm welcome from the Kyrgyz audience,” emphasized the head of "ROSKINO."
