As part of the Days of Culture of the Russian Federation in the Kyrgyz Republic, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, met with Olga Lyubimova, the Minister of Culture of Russia.
During the event, a solemn ceremony took place where Nikita Mikhalkov was awarded the Order of "Dostuk" — the highest state award of Kyrgyzstan.
Addressing those present, Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized the importance of the Days of Culture for strengthening historical ties between the two countries.
He also congratulated Nikita Mikhalkov on his 80th birthday, highlighting his immense contribution to world cinema.
The Prime Minister wished Mikhalkov health, creative energy, and further success in the field of culture, contributing to the strengthening of friendship between the two countries.
