First, a foreign citizen must submit an application to activate their personal account. After that, they can apply for the status of 'Digital Nomad', but only if they have a complete set of necessary documents.
The status of 'Digital Nomad' provides foreigners the opportunity to legally reside and work remotely in Kyrgyzstan. At the initial stage, this status is issued for 60 days and can then be extended for one year, with the possibility of annual extensions for up to 10 years.
