Europe will take on the main part of security guarantees for Ukraine, while the U.S. will provide assistance. Zelensky did not rule out the possibility of holding a referendum on certain points of the peace agreement. The issues of sovereignty over Donbas require further resolution. There are 1-2 particularly complex questions that currently have no solution.
In the near future, new meetings of the negotiation participants are planned to refine the issues of settlement.
