In the Talas region, 35-year-old Aizat Jamgyrchieva from the Bakai-Ata district is successfully engaged in the production of confectionery, earning an income of about 30,000 soms per month.

In an interview with a Turmush correspondent, she shared that her family lives in the village of Bakai-Ata. "We have four children: three daughters and a son. My husband and I got married in 2011 and have been constantly supporting each other since then, finding common ground and living happily. We met through our mutual friends and eventually developed our relationship. I have always been able to rely on my caring husband and wonderful father. Previously, I stayed at home with the children, but last year my husband suggested opening a small workshop for producing sweets and bread. We work together. We invested 250,000 soms into the business. In our workshop, we produce bread, gingerbread, dough for lagman, buns, oromo, ashlyan fu, pies, and kattama," Aizat said.

The products are supplied to stores in five settlements. "Every day we update and deliver our products. At first, it was scary to stay at home with the children, but over time I got used to it, and everything fell into place. People began to get accustomed to our products, and business started to improve. Now we earn about 30,000 soms a month. I think this is a decent income, especially compared to staying at home," Aizat shared her impressions.
