At the scene, traces indicating violent death were found, and soon the identity of the deceased was established — he turned out to be a citizen A. R., born in 1976.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 122 (Murder) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During investigative actions and operational measures, using recordings from the "Safe City" video surveillance system, police officers were able to detain the suspect — B. u. K., born in 1996, in the territory of the Kochkor district at a checkpoint. He was taken to the Investigative Service and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs.
The preliminary investigation showed that the conflict between the suspect and the victim arose during the joint consumption of alcoholic beverages and escalated into a fight. As a result of the quarrel, the suspect inflicted bodily harm on the victim, which led to his death.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and all circumstances of the incident are being established.
