In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, a significant charitable event took place at the "Cardiocenter" clinic. Doctors from Kyrgyzstan and China worked together to provide assistance to many young patients, thereby strengthening international medical ties.

“We at the 'Cardiocenter' were happy to see our Chinese colleagues. This is a great opportunity for exchanging experiences and practical skills. We are proud that our surgeons were able to showcase their professional skills, while the Chinese specialists demonstrated a high level of medical care. All of this was aimed at helping our young patients,” noted the chief physician of the clinic, Guzaliya Osmankulova.

This is not the first such event at our clinic. Just three weeks ago, we discharged 53 young patients, which confirms our ongoing work in this area.

All medical supplies used during the event were provided free of charge thanks to the "Heart Protection" fund, reported Guzaliya Osmankulova.

Aibulak Jumak, director of the "Heart Protection" fund, added that their organization regularly conducts screenings. “This year we organized a 10-day screening, inviting patients from Bishkek, Osh, Batken, and Jalal-Abad regions. We record not only the presence of heart diseases but also the social status of families, as well as the presence of similar diseases among siblings. Based on this information, we select families that truly need assistance,” she emphasized.

The "Heart Protection" fund was established in China 12 years ago. “In 2014, together with doctor Shao Jun, we went to the pastures of Kyzyl-Suu to find children with heart diseases among families living in mountainous areas. At that time, more than 100 children were added to our database,” she noted.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Kyrgyz "Cardiocenter" and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University from China.

“Now our doctors, operating room, and nurses will be able to travel to China for experience exchange. We plan many joint projects,” added the general director of the "Cardiocenter" clinic, Aiyiddin Abdramov.
