Kara-Balta is introducing additional precautionary measures in connection with the rise in the incidence of ARVI and influenza among schoolchildren and children in kindergartens. This decision was made by the city’s Health Coordination Commission.

Starting from December 8, several educational institutions will begin distance learning. The following schools will operate online: Secondary Schools No. 2, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, as well as the "Narisete" school. In addition, the operation of preschool institutions such as "Golden Rooster," "Baby," "Cheburashka," "Swallow," "Scarlet Flower," "Snowdrop," "Nurbeshik," "Keremet-bobok," "Alenushka," "Ertaykhan," and "Dolphin" will be suspended for 14 days.

Filters for patients are being introduced at the Jaiyl Territorial Hospital and the Family Medicine Center, additional beds for the sick are being prepared, and efforts to prevent diseases are being intensified.

Leaders of universities and secondary vocational educational institutions are required to monitor the health status of students and their attendance. If students or staff exhibit symptoms of ARVI or influenza, they must be removed from classes and directed to medical facilities.

In orphanages, there is an obligation to notify the sanitary service if the number of sick children constitutes 20% or more of the total number of wards, which may lead to the introduction of quarantine measures.

Sanitary specialists will monitor the temperature in the premises, conduct ventilation, disinfection, and other preventive measures in all educational institutions. In case of an increase in the number of sick individuals, it is recommended to avoid mass events.

The Coordination Commission will oversee the implementation of all adopted decisions.
