In response, Vice Mayor Azamat Kadyrov noted that in 2024, the healthcare structure will be removed from the jurisdiction of the city hall, and all financial resources will be transferred to the Ministry of Health.
"This cannot be an excuse. Citizens continue to live in Bishkek. The area of the city has increased threefold, and the population has grown, while this substation is vital for ensuring access to primary medical care," emphasized the deputy.
According to A. Kadyrov, the issue of financing will be resolved through the republican budget.
