Thousands of people gathered for a rally in Copenhagen to protest against U.S. President Donald Trump's threats to seize Greenland and to show support for the local population. This was reported by sources such as Danmarks Radio.

Protesters came with flags of Greenland and banners with slogans like "Hands off Greenland." The square in front of the city hall in the Danish capital was filled with people, and then the crowd marched towards the U.S. embassy, where speeches and musical performances were planned in support of Greenland.

According to information from Danmarks Radio, similar rallies also took place in Aarhus, Aalborg, Odense, and the capital of Greenland, Nuuk. Participants in the protests sang songs in the Greenlandic language and chanted slogans against Trump's statements.
