According to them, on December 20 at around 23:45, they attempted to purchase electronic airline tickets for the route Moscow – Bishkek via the messaging app Telegram. To do this, they contacted a user named Albert, who suggested transferring money to his phone number via a QR code. However, after receiving the funds, he blocked his page and stopped responding to messages.
During the investigation, officers from the criminal police of the Jalal-Abad region were able to identify the suspect, who was detained for investigative actions. He turned out to be a resident of the Suzak district, born in 2000.
The investigation revealed that this individual, known as A. A., had previously encountered legal issues under a similar fraud charge.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing.
