Information about the incident was received by law enforcement agencies on January 26 at around 09:00. Police officers arrived at the scene.
According to preliminary investigation data, the deceased was in a relationship with a guy with whom she had been for a long time. During their joint consumption of alcoholic beverages, a conflict situation arose between them, which escalated into a quarrel. The investigation claims that during the conflict, the girl stabbed her partner in the arm, to which he responded by stabbing her in the neck. As a result, the girl died.
A criminal case has been initiated on this fact under Article 122 "Murder" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect, 21-year-old D. M., has been detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
