On January 19, B.D. contacted law enforcement, reporting that strangers were threatening him and demanding 150,000 Russian rubles, claiming it was a debt of his girlfriend.
In this regard, the investigative department of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 208, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan (extortion).
The detained individual was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Bishkek.
Currently, active investigative actions are being conducted within the framework of the initiated criminal case.
