As a result of the complaint, a criminal case was initiated under Article 208, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning extortion.
During operational investigative activities, the suspect, Ch. T., born in 1994, was identified. He was caught in the act while receiving 80,000 soms, which he extorted from the victim.
After the arrest, Ch. T. was taken to the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the October District and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, investigative actions in the case are ongoing.
