The investigation established that a number of former officials of the Tash-Dobo rural council unjustifiably allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares in the Seyil park on the outskirts of the capital - Bishkek - to a citizen R.E.R.
According to the Land and Water Supervision Service, serious violations of legislation occurred during the allocation of this plot.
The case has been registered under Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning abuse of official position. Within the framework of the investigation, the suspect N.A.K. was detained.
Measures are ongoing to identify other possible participants in this crime.
