According to the committee's information, in the early 2000s, a 0.86-hectare plot was illegally transferred to private hands. In addition to the land, warehouses for storing agricultural products were also transferred, and this occurred with gross violations of legislation and without the necessary documents confirming ownership rights.
As a result of the investigative actions taken, the state managed to recover:
- a building for drying grain and fruits;
- warehouses for storing agricultural products;
- additional structures;
- a plot of land measuring 0.86 hectares.
