According to the information, on March 4, an unidentified drunk man called the police and claimed that he had killed his wife. His speech was inadequate and incoherent.
After receiving this report, an investigative operational group went to the specified address — dormitory No. 1 in the city of Kant; however, no facts confirming the commission of a crime were found, and no incidents occurred in the dormitory.
During the investigation, the identity of the caller was established — he turned out to be 35-year-old E.A. from the Issyk-Ata district, who was taken to the local internal affairs department.
A protocol was drawn up against the man under Article 132 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic for knowingly making a false call. During his detention, he insulted the police officers with foul language, which served as grounds for drawing up an additional protocol under Article 126 for petty hooliganism.
The materials of the case have been transferred to the Issyk-Ata District Court, which sentenced E.A. to administrative arrest for 5 days.
