The press service of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs reported that as a result of a preliminary investigation, two individuals were brought to the department: M.B. and B.K., both born in 1997.
It was established that the incident occurred in November 2025.
Notably, a protocol was drawn up against M.B. under Article 126 ("Petty Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses. All case materials will be submitted to the Lenin District Court of Bishkek for further consideration.
The police also reminded citizens of the importance of maintaining order and mutual respect on the roads, urging them to avoid provocations and actions that could lead to conflicts and offenses.
