The investigation established that from 2019 to 2024, officials of the institution, abusing their official position, conducted fictitious competitions. As a result of this criminal scheme, 49 citizens were granted plots of forest land totaling 104.19 hectares for a period of 49 years, based on forged protocols.
The prosecutor's office has initiated a criminal case under Article 346 "Official Forgery" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
Currently, law enforcement agencies continue investigative actions aimed at identifying all involved parties and returning the lands to state ownership.
