On the section of the state border between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, border guards prevented several attempts to illegally export cattle. During the operations, 41 animals were detained, as reported by the State Border Service.

In the Leilek district, border service officers stopped a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vehicle, which was carrying 12 heads of cattle that lacked the necessary veterinary and accompanying documents. The drivers turned out to be two citizens of Kyrgyzstan.

Additionally, in the Batken district, 12 stray animals were discovered that were being prepared for movement across the border outside of established checkpoints.

In an area known as International, a man was detained while attempting to drive 14 heads of cattle, avoiding official checkpoints. In Sada, there was also an attempt to export a bull on a cargo scooter "Muravey," where two individuals were detained.

Additionally, border guards detained three citizens who were trying to smuggle two more animals. During the attempt to detain them, they fled to the territory of the neighboring state, leaving the cattle unattended.

All detainees were taken to the Border Service units, and investigations into these incidents are currently underway.
