In Kyrgyzstan, the cabinet of ministers has initiated a public discussion on a new project concerning the procedure for sending copies of rulings on administrative offenses recorded by automatic photo cameras.

According to the proposal, it pertains to violations identified using certified automated technical means. Copies of the rulings, along with accompanying documents, are to be sent in electronic format through the automated system "Unified Register of Offenses - Automatic Recording of Violations".

The project also includes a requirement for the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide the technical capability for authorized personnel, allowing them to prepare and send such materials in digital form. In this regard, the creation of an interactive form is planned, which will take into account inter-agency interaction within the "Safe City" component of the "Smart City" project.

The state institution "Kyzmat," subordinate to the president's administration, has been tasked with preparing a technical assignment for the development of a service for sending electronic copies of rulings. JSC "Tunduk," together with "Kyzmat," is to develop standard documents describing the procedure for sending such materials and recommendations regarding their format.
