Of the total number of applications:
- 24,210 were received from commercial entities;
- 2,096 from government institutions;
- 801 from municipal organizations.
As of December 22, 2025, 22,162 applications had been approved, while 4,865 were rejected, and 80 are still under review.
According to the agency, the high percentage of approved applications confirms the growing responsibility among organizations and their desire to adapt their personal data processing processes in accordance with current legislation.
Furthermore, the Register now provides additional opportunities for citizens: they can find out which specific personal data is held by organizations, the conditions under which it is processed, where this data may be transferred, and for how long it is stored.
As part of its advisory activities, the agency's specialists also processed 368 inquiries from citizens and organizations regarding registration in the register, providing the necessary clarifications and practical assistance.
