The municipality specified that the proposal to change the route was not taken into account. Barpy Alykulov Street is planned as one of the main meridional arteries of the city, which will duplicate Dooronbeka Sadyrbaev Street and provide a transport outlet to the bypass road.
Furthermore, the city hall noted that in conditions of a shortage of available plots, the implementation of this project will require the expropriation and purchase of land parcels. The specific number of houses and plots that are subject to demolition will only be known at later stages of the design process.
