Recommendations for Preventing Food Poisoning
For fast food establishments (for example, those offering shawarma, burgers, hot dogs, etc.):- Strict adherence to sanitary standards and technological instructions during food preparation;
- Availability and implementation of production control programs;
- Admission to work only after passing a medical examination;
- Prohibition of work for individuals with symptoms of infectious diseases;
- Regular training of employees on the basics of personal hygiene and sanitation;
- Use of only quality raw materials with appropriate documentation;
- Separate storage of raw materials and finished products;
- Compliance with temperature regimes during storage and food preparation;
- Ensuring sufficient thermal processing of meat and semi-finished products;
- Regular cleaning and disinfection of premises and equipment;
- Use of separate utensils for raw materials and finished dishes;
