All interested individuals can submit applications exclusively online, using the official website avtomektep.srs.kg. To do this, it is necessary to provide personal data, select the region where training is planned, and choose the category of driver's license. After filling out all the required fields, the electronic application must be submitted through the platform. In the event of a positive decision, applicants will be enrolled in driving schools in their chosen region.
Students will be able to complete the theoretical part of their training in an online format.
Several training streams have been created, which will allow for the efficient processing of a large number of incoming applications and minimize the load on driving schools. Moreover, new educational institutions are connecting to the system daily. Each driving school has the opportunity to train several streams of students simultaneously, which will help evenly distribute students across regions.
As part of the reform, new driver training programs have been introduced, aimed at improving the quality of education, fostering a culture of safe driving, and reducing the number of road traffic accidents.
At the direction of President Sadyr Japarov, the possibility of changing approaches to training in driving schools is being considered. As reported by Kanibek Tumanbaev, in a test mode, students with high performance will have the opportunity to take tests after four months of training.
Students who successfully pass the testing and exam will receive temporary driver's licenses valid for one year.
If during this time they do not violate traffic rules, they will be issued permanent licenses. Otherwise, if a driver with a temporary license violates traffic rules or becomes the cause of an accident, the license will be revoked, and they will have to return to the driving school to complete the remaining six months of training.
