In Kyrgyzstan, a strict energy-saving regime is being introduced, affecting educational institutions and government agencies. After the end of the workday, these organizations must completely turn off electricity in their buildings. Exceptions are made for engineering systems and equipment necessary for the preservation and functioning of the buildings. Authorities have also proposed closing cafes and nightclubs after 10:00 PM, although the connection of this measure to the noise law raises
