As part of the resolution, a republican headquarters will be established to address operational issues related to preparation and implementation of sowing, as well as conducting autumn-spring fieldwork and the harvesting campaign.
The document includes the following key measures:
- establishment of headquarters at the regional and district levels for preparation for sowing;
- attraction of agricultural machinery and implementation of irrigation measures for arable land;
- organization of certified seed production and creation of seed-growing cooperatives;
- monitoring the condition of grain lands and preparing irrigation systems;
- control over prices for fuel and lubricants and provision of preferential loans for agricultural producers.
The execution of the resolution is entrusted to the heads of ministries, local authorities, and self-governance bodies. Oversight of the implementation will be carried out by the Office for Control of the Execution of Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers. The resolution will come into force ten days after its official publication.
