In the markets of Bishkek, such as "Alamedin," "Orto-Sai," and "Dordoy-Dyikan," wholesale meat sales are carried out as usual, starting from 5:00–6:00 AM. This activity provides residents and businesspeople with quality products, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Before the meat reaches the shelves, each product undergoes mandatory veterinary control. Laboratory specialists carefully check the origin of the goods and the presence of all necessary documents before issuing sales permits.
This approach is aimed at protecting the health of citizens and preventing the sale of low-quality products. Continuous monitoring of compliance with sanitary and veterinary standards is conducted in the city's markets.
