According to information from law enforcement agencies, on December 30, 2025, at 03:30, a call was received at the duty station of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Balykchy via the 112 service. The caller reported that a local resident, born in 1996, named S.A., had his black Mitsubishi Pajero stolen from a parking lot.
This incident was recorded, and a criminal case was initiated under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the theft of motor vehicles.
As a result of operational-search activities, officers of the Balykchy Internal Affairs Department were able to locate the stolen vehicle in the territory of Balykchy; however, the thief managed to escape, attempting to cover up the traces of his crime.
During subsequent actions, a suspect was detained — a 1992-born resident of the Ton district named K.D.
During the preliminary interrogation, he confessed to his guilt, which was confirmed by other collected evidence.
Investigative actions are currently ongoing.
